My computer came with a 200 w power supply. Is this desktops psu upgradable. I plan on upgrading it with a EVGA - 600W ATX 12V/EPS 12V 80 plus power supply, are these compatible

No, an ATX PSU will not work. The motherboards use a two 2x2 and an inline 7 pin power plug. All power to DVD and hard drives is supplied by cabling from the motherboard, and NOT from the PSU.
The HP TP01 series and all the computer series listed on this spreadsheet use the same design PSU. You likely have a 180W, as there is no 200W. It would be nice to know the exact model # of your TP01. Motherboard is either an Erica or Rother. I have no pics of the Erica (as yet).
Never the less, the max is the 500W L05757-800.

Rother MB (if you have that) https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-te01-0000-desktop-pc-series/29014358/model/31046765/doc...
