I would like to add more memory to the all-in-one computer,
For the computer itself there are 2 units of memories with a volume of 8GB each from Samsung with a frequency of 4800MHZ that came with the computer and are currently working. (Indicates that your manufacturer's page states that the memory comes with a frequency of 4000 and in practice the memory itself is at a frequency of 4800 DDR5)
In the control panel, it seems that the computer recognizes the frequency as 4000MHZ and when I try to add crucial memories at a frequency of 4800MHZ, the computer gives an error message about the incompatibility of the memories.
I did an update to the latest version of the BIOS and tried to add 2 of 8GB and also 2 of 16GB and both get an error of incompatibility.
I thought about enabling XMP in the BIOS, but there is no option in the BIOS itself.
Would appreciate help.
Name of the memories that currently exist on the computer - m425r1gb4bb0-cqk
Name of the memories I used - ct8g48c40s5 and ct16g48c40s5

Welcome to our HP User Forum!
So, I took some time to research your question. An HP ENVY 34 Inch All-In-One Desktop PC 34-C1000 (4G584AV), according to: https://partsurfer.hp.com/partsurfer?searchtext=4G584AV, refers to an HP ENVY ALL-IN-ONE 34-C1070XT ALL, and is fitted with an Angel motherboard with SSID: 8928 (M81632-601 "MBD, ANGELW, INTEL ADL-S,WIN").
Theoretically, your AIO should be able to be fitted and run with up to 4 x 32GB DDR5 PC5-38400, 4800 MHz, Non-ECC, Unbuffered, SODIMM, 262-pin RAM.
However, of all the HP ENVY ALL-IN-ONE 34-C1xxx at least I was able to locate, none ran their DDR5 RAM faster than 4000 MHz, such as this example: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/60127796.
To make a long story short, in my opinion, for best RAM performance and the least amount of hassle, you should add identical RAM sticks (same brand, model, capacity) to your AIO: 2 x 8GB of the M425R1GB4BB0-CQK Samsung DDR5 RAM, such as can be purchased here via Amazon Great Britain: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Original-PC5-38400-Notebook-M425R1GB4BB0-CQK-Adamanta/dp/B0BLTLDS42/ref=sr_..., or much less expensive via eBay Great Britain: 16GB 2x8GB SAMSUNG M425R1GB4BB0-CQK0L PC5-38400 DDR5-4800B Laptop RAM | eBay.
Hope this was helpful.
Kind Regards,
