HP ENVY 34 inch All-in-One Desktop PC 34-c1000 IDS Base Model

So I have the HP ENVY 34 Inch all-in-one.
I want to add a new keyboard, the identical one that came with the computer.
The original keyboard has a problem with the "0" button on the number pad, and I have a spare identical keyboard.

I can't figure out how to add it and use it.
Anyone know how?

Welcome to the HP English Community --

The following might be useful --

Whether it works likely depends on the type of onboard (Unifying connection) dongle and whether the dongle can be paired with a different (your replacement) keyboard and your mouse.

Mouse / Keyboard - Still have the HP Unifying dongle but it’s unpaired?

HP PCs - Using HP Accessory Center (Windows 11, 10)

There is no Dongle...

The dongle would be inside the computer case and not meant to be physically replaced by customer.

True, too - it depends on the connection type and whether it's meant to be changed to allow for different hardware (keyboard and mouse) to be attached.

Understood --

Perhaps another Expert or member can offer an alternative solution.
