Can't find info about my HP motherboard.

The system says its a HP 8643 SMVB Motherboard but I can't find any info about this board anywhere. I am trying to get info for this board to see what upgrades I can make to it.

This says the motherboard has integrated graphics card my computer has a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Super does this board aslo have integrated graphics?

That's correct.

But the onboard AMD graphics is disabled when a graphics card is installed.

Also, two of the processors listed in the motherboard specs do not support integrated graphics:

AMD Ryzen 5 3500 & the AMD Ryzen 7 3700X

Also on the front of the board the listed ports are correct except there is also a sd card port as well. On the back there is a DVI port that is not mentioned as well as a second hdmi port and a display port also not mentioned
