Need to see if my system can support a 500W power supply. If so, is there a certain power supply item recommended? Looking to upgrade my graphics card (RTX 2060) and I need more power.

@Uno_Sixteen , welcome to the Community.
The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. HP has a 500W PSU (L05757-800) that should be compatible with your motherboard. Here is a Chart that shows where I got this information. If you look at model 0040XT it shows the 500W PSU. It is my understanding that all of the Berks motherboards have the same connectors.
I suggest that you contact HP Customer Support to assure that it is compatible before placing an order.
