Pavilion 27-a127c
Microsoft Windows XP

I bought a Vesa mount for my HP Pavilion 27-a127c and the instructions show a different stand for what I can only assume is an older model of the all in one. Has anyone mounted their HP Pavilion 27-a127c?

Thanks!

Is this: HP Pavilion All-in-One - 27-a127c (Touch) PC Product Specifications

your All-In-One system?

  1. Optical drive
  2. Power button
  3. Back I/Os
  4. Stand

To me, that does NOT look like a VESA mount.

I have a similar model and look to mount on the wall. No luck so far.

If you do not have the identical model, you should open your own question, and give the model-number, and include a picture of the back-side, so that we can see what mounting-bracket options you do have.

What have you tried?  There's no sense in us suggesting what you have already tried.

I have already done that. Also the image above is exactly the same as mine. While it's not the exact same model.

I haven't tried anything to mount it yet, since there is nothing to officially try...

MD - yes, that is the system. The versa mount is a separate piece of hardware.

But, I do not see any screw-holes on the back of the case that align with a VESA mounting-plate.

How about a few "angle-brackets" and a piece of wood, to make a "bookshelf".

Use "zap-straps" to securely hold the monitor, in case of an earthquake.
