Cannot contact support agents error message

I am trying to contact support on https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/  but I am getting the following error message.

Results shown are for: United States / English

My product is showing that it has an active warranty for the next 11 months.

How can I contact someone to get help and/or submit a warranty claim?
