I understand that you are looking for a num lock key on the keyboard. Don't worry I'll be really glad to help you with this.

To Clarify, do you mean the button can't be located physically? if it isn't that but something you want to enable as such:  Click here for a related HP Forums post that seems to have helped others.

Here's the alternate option to using or toggling between the num lock options via windows: Click here

Thanks for the reply, could you help me the part number of the keyboard you are using?

The part number of the keyboard will be printed on the bottom of the keyboard you are using.

With the help of the part number of the keyboard, I will be able to lookup the keyboard layout and help you find the location of the num lock on your keyboard.

Keep me posted. Good Luck.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,  I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

  1. Click Start, type on-screen in the search field, then select On-Screen Keyboard from the search results list.
  2. When the On-Screen Keyboard displays, click Options. ...
  3. In the Options window, select Turn on the numeric keypad, then click the OK button to save the change.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
