Not sure if this is the right place, but I don't see anywhere else to ask about extension of my warranty with purchasing a care package.  Anyway, my warranty was just up June 28th, 2021.  Before expiration on June 21, I purchased a 3yr care package extension of that warranty and have no idea how I register my device under that new extension.  I got an email confirming the purchase, but no where do or can I find info on registering my device under the new warranty.  My HP assistant keeps telling my warrant has expired.  How do I fix this or who do I need to contact?  Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to the HP Community.

You should (ought to) be able to Register your Care Pack online.

Try that.

If it does not work at all, we can forward a request for review and to have the issue sorted.

NOTE:  Warranty date is updated after purchase and registration of the device.

If the device is not registered, or if there are other issues, submit a Warranty Dispute form.

NOTE 2:  If the single-system-check fails to find your device, use the "multiple devices" method to

check single or multiple devices.

  • If necessary, Select your Country on the main website page or at the bottom (click Flag)
  • Scroll down > To the right of Check multiple warranties, Click Continue
  • Enter the Serial Number and Country for one or more devices / systems to be checked
  • Check the box to verify you are "Not a robot"
  • Click Submit (at bottom of list entries)
  • When the page opens, Click View Details
