HP Elite 8200 SFF

Hello Team,

I have an old pc with a CPU i5 2500.
I bought a i7 3770k in order to have more resources, i've upgraded the bios to 2.33 (2019)

But i've got 5 beeps right at start .... Is the i7 3770k compatible with this  611834-001 Motherboard ?
I've tested on another Elite 8200 , exactly the same result.
The CPU is fully tested by manufacturer.

Many thanks in advance !
Kind regards

Hi:

The 8200 Elite model series only supports Intel 2nd generation core processors.

If you want an Intel 'K' processor you will need to install the i7-2600K.

This benchmarking site has reports for over 3,000 8200 Elite SFF hardware configurations:

You're very welcome

The Intel H61 chipset supports Intel 3rd generation core processors, but the Intel Q65 and Q67 chipsets do not.

The 8200 Elite model series has the Q67 chipset.
