Hi
I posted a question on here regarding CPU upgrade on HP 800 G2 Mini Desktop PC. thank you all who replied it was greatly appreciated, turned out there was a faulty motherboard, unit returned , and now have a HP ProDesk 600 G2 mini PC. If anyone can help with a CPU upgrade I would be grateful, on the quick specks sheet, it says i7.6700 and i7.6700T are they both upgradeable CPU's for the above Unit.
regards

You may have a problem depending on the bios version
There is a list of bios revision for your mini here
The i7-7600 is supported only with version 2.45 Rev A or later
Version: 02.45 Rev.A
Fixed in this release: - -- Updates the CPU microcode for Intel processors to 0xD6.
You may have to buy a g3900 Celeron (they are cheap) to upgrade the bios to allow the i7-6700 to work
