The spec for your 690-0024 shows you have a sunflower motherboard, a 400watt power supply and an HP RX580. That video board is rated at 150watts and not the normal 175 as shown by TechPowerUp
Click on the TechPowerUp link above and scroll the GPU selection to find a GPU that is %50 bigger at least. Anything else, IMHO, will not make a difference in gaming.
For example, the RTX-3060 is %100 better but requires a 450 watt minimum power supply which you do not have.

The sunflower 690-0xxx has 400 watt but can also have a 500 watt L05757-800
To upgrade to RTX3060 you would have to get that 500 watt. Since HP systems are customized you should obtain the 500 watt first and if it fits the get the 3060 card. I would buy used components where possible and ensure that they can be returned.
