Spoiler
Computer failed to start and wants me to reload operating system. The operating system came installed. Not sure what to do. I am running system extensive test at the moment. It takes two hours. So far first five tests have passed. Will have to wait for the others. The error came up in a red box indicating a violation. I pressed F2 and started to run tests. So far all tests have passed. Have turned it on and off several times. I have held the off button on for some time. Can anyone help me?

Greetings @SpearWarrior
Please provide a HP Product Number. The product number should be affixed to your PC's chassis or the shipping container.
The Forum needs to ID your PC's MB. The PC's product number is needed to ID the MB.
The violation you are experiencing may be a Secure Boot violation.
Please upload a screen image of the violation.
Regards
