OMEN 30L Desktop GT13-0000i (236B1AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

Good afternoon, I am curious as to what could be causing my tower to overheat? I bought it brand-new from Amazon and have had issues with heat. My computer produces so much heat while gaming that my fans sound like miniature jet engines and it will cause my screen to go black and then I'll have to restart my computer. There is very little dust as I will clean with an air duster at least once a month. When I looked up this model online, there were several complaints of the same heat issues where it's in the 90C range which is absolutely crazy. Is there anyway I can get this either warranty repaired or does anyone have any idea on what I can do? TIA.

@BloodEagle -- is this your computer: HP® OMEN 30L Gaming Desktop Specifications | HP® Official Site

It definitely is a high-end "gaming" system.

It has an add-in graphics adapter card. Does that card have its own heat-sink and fan? Is that fan working?

Are there any obstructions near the computer, to inhibit the inflow of room-temperature air, and the exhausting of hot air?  Never "back" your computer into a computer-desk, so that the back of the case is against the computer desk, or a wall.

Years ago, a local computer technician would take the side panel of the computer, cut a hole, and connect a case-fan, to pull more hot air out of that panel, for more airflow.
