Product no- N4R49AA/ACJ

Please help, Last week I tried to start my all in one desktop but it just stopped on the black screen with a blue hp logo(well the first screen when you start).On inquiring further i found the self diagnosis tool which showed a hard drive problem

Specifically a 24 digit code

(M09X6K-80N9N7-GXPSLK-61RM03)

Please tell what to do next.

It looks like the hard drive is failed and I recommend you contact support to check the available service options for your computer.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
