Computer speed and other working problems

My computer is Touch Smart 300-1140 in. 1) Speed of computer desktop in copying, reading size of disks, accessing files is turned slow. 2) Further copying incompletely the files from one disk to another. 3) Backup and restore is not working properly. 4) Date and Time is changing by itself. I have to fix it everyday. 5) Volume bar and caps bar are not displaying 6) How to attach the TV tuner card. 7) How to attach and work the mobile hotspot usb dongle. 😎 How to take the screen shot and screen print from keyboard. 9) In command DOS prompt, the DOS commands of copying and else are not working. 10) My previous files of Microsoft works word processor are not opening. They are converted to certain other language/script which is not clear and readable. Kindly provide solutions for above at the earliest.

CMOS/RTC battery need replacing?

Otherwise do a complete trojan/malware/virus scan.

Defrag the disks.

Do a complete Factory Fresh Install.
