I just purchased an HP Pavillion Desktop 595-p0074 and unable to connect my wireless keyboard or mouse. Could someone please help?

You might check this article:
- Basically, if you have not installed batteries, flip each device over, pop the door off and install them.
- If there is a power swithc on each device, switch it on.
- If there is a usb 'stick' or 'fob', plug it into any usb port on the pc (one of the ports in the back is probably best).
- If the devices are 'bluetoth', it is a little trickier. See if there is a small blue logo on the devices or packaging that looks like letter 'B' inside a blue oval circle.
It's hard to make suggestions without knowing exactly what type of mouse/keyboard came with the system.

With your purchase from HP comes 30-day free technical support, by telephone, from HP.
Click the "Contact HP" hyperlink near the bottom-left of this web-page.

Did these devices come with your purchase, or did you purchase them separately?
Did your separate purchase come with a small "stub" (that fits into a USB port), to be a "wireless receiver"?
Or, are your devices using "BlueTooth" wireless communications, and your new computer also has BlueTooth capability -- that is "enabled" ?
