HP ALL-IN-ONE DESKTOP PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a constant humming sound from the monitor itself, not the speakers.Sometimes I can get it to hum at a lower volume by repositioning the monitor, but it comes back before too long. Changing the pc volume makes no difference to the hum volume.  I have had this problem pretty much since I started using this pc less than a year ago and it is so irritating that I can't use it for long. Anyone got any suggestions/ideas?

Thank you for responding so quickly.  I followed the link to update BIOS and from there my pc went through many motions for a while. I don't know what it did, if anything, but the humming chorus is unchanged. Sometimes a slight change in positioning of the pc helps for a little while. I'll keep on looking for a solution, but thank you any way.
