Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I just moved to Europe and I am trying to use my hp all in one the power adapter I purchased is not working anyone have any ideas how to make it work thanks

What is the Product Number of the computer? I need this information to review the specifications of it. Please don't furnish the Serial # or other personal information. You can find the Product Number at the bottom of the page when you open HP Support Assistant.

If you look at the section titled "Power Supply" it states as follows:

 

External 65W (100V -240V)

Total wattage: 65 W
Output voltage: 19.5 V
Output amps: 3.3
 
Therefore, it should work with the power system.  I believe it is 220V.  You may have to buy a wall plug adapter.
