HP ENVY Phoenix 810 PC Series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I wanna exchange my desktop's gpu to GeForce RTX 2070 or more.
Could it be possible as the physical structure of this machine?

@resotto

The answer is Yes, it depends on the structure, and the PSU requirement of each graphics card, if you find an alternate GPU that isn't in the list I sent and it's compatible with the structure/chassis, you will need to check the PSU compatibility as well, and most GPU's may need an upgrade of PSU as well, and we don't recommend the same.

PSU - Power Supply Unit

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

@resotto

We cannot guarantee if the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 20XX will work with your desktop.
