Microsoft Windows 11

I switched my desktop all in one on with the message saying graphic card error and mabye keyboard error  when the computer got to the Home Screen my mouse or keyboard is not working, tried replacing battery’s but they are fine

There was probably a microsoft upgrade that messed with your drivers.

 

You did not mention your system, model or product ID so hard to give the correct solution.  Is your keyboard Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?  I assume Wi-Fi and Touch screen.

 

If touch screen so be sure to bring up the keyboard panel on the screen.

You should invest in a cheap wired wired mouse & keyboard for problems like this.

If no spare keyboard or mouse then use this guide

Bring up the device manager and look for unknown or disabled devices.. If you see any try rolling the driver back

Mine is grayed out as the driver is working.  If nothing appears bad then ...
