My HP pavilion is making a very high pitch sound when i play a game can someone please help me fix this.

No its not the audio its the sound of the PC that is high pitch

I don't understand, if it is not audio, you want to say your PC make a lot of noise??

Yes it is my pc my fans are quiete but when I play gamnes I hear i high pitch sound

Do you know if the high pitch sound come from your fan?? 

You can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.

I did not get a fail but i think it is my motherboard making the noise or my power supply.

One more thing when i turn off my computer but have it plugged in a can still hear the high pitch sound but not as high as when i play a game.

Hello, so it is maybe an electrical problem.. Can you check if the noise is more high when you contact your ear next to your power supply or next to your motherboard??
