My HP pavilion is making a very high pitch sound when i play a game can someone please help me fix this.

Hello, so it is maybe an electrical problem.. Can you check if the noise is more high when you contact your ear next to your power supply or next to your motherboard??

Do you know if the high pitch sound come from your fan??
You can execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
