With the impending loss of support on Windows 10, I find myself needing to upgrade to Windows 11. In the below link we are told that it is not possible for the EliteDesk 800 models.
However, in the below link we are told that it is fine and completely possible.
I think I need better instructions on how to perform this upgrade as I am unable to find a place to install an upgraded TPM and Microsoft tells me I cannot upgrade with the current TPM.

You're very welcome.
I have never encountered that error before.
Here is an alternative site where you can download the W11 24H2 ISO file.

All of the processors that are supported in the 800 G1 model series support SSE 4.2 so that won't be a problem for you.

Your PC's TPM 1.2 security device cannot be updated to 2.0.
You need an 800 G2 or newer for that.
Also, the processor is not supported for W11.
Needs to be an Intel 8th gen core or newer.
If you are happy with your PC, and if you are interested in doing an in-place upgrade from W10 to W11 24H2 on your PC as is, watch this video, which is the easiest way to do it in my opinion, and I have used several different ways to do this during the last 3 years.
How to Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC in 2025 (New Easiest Method, No CMD)
Download the W24H2 ISO file and use that (3rd option).
You can download the free 7-Zip file utility from the link below. The top line is for 64 bit.
You'll have to repeat this procedure if and when Microsoft rolls out the new W11 builds because a PC that does not meet Microsoft's minimum W11 hardware requirements will never automatically get the update to the next build.
They have been releasing new W11 builds each October so far.
Other than that, your PC will continue to get the monthly cumulative and other updates.
That's only a minor inconvenience to have continued OS support beyond October of 2025.
If things don't work right on W11, you have 10 days to easily go back to W10 as long as you don't delete the W1 upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.

Thank you, yes that looks incredibly easy. Unfortunately I am getting the below error. Tried with both Chrome and Edge. I have a firewall, but bypassed it and plugged my PC directly into my Verizon router for one of my attempts. I would try Microsoft, but was only able to find the incredibly unhelpful conversation in the Microsoft Community Site (link also below). The video also states that I need SSSE4.2 in the Instructions section of CPU-Z. He did provide an alternate video on how to install with lower versions, but also says the PC will enter a boot loop with the first reload. The highest I've got is SSSE3. Ideas?
