HP Z240 Tower Work Station #L8T12AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just noticed when in the device area of Windows 10 (64-bit) there was an error notice (code 28) for Destop-3QODPGS for our HP Z340 Tower Work Station.   Its saying the driver is unknown and the driver is unavailable.  What I want to know is what Driver is Windows looking for from HP?  Any direction to solving the issue at hand would be most appreciative....

Click on the Windows "start" button with the right-side mouse-button, and choose "Device Manager".

Does it give more information about "unknown" hardware?

Can you use the Windows "Snipping Tool" to screen-grab that Device Manager window, and post that image here?
