Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have to hit the power button multiple times pressing hard to get it to power on. Once it is powered on I have no other issues. It's just getting it to power on.

@KeithM , welcome to the forum.

 

I believe the problem is being caused by a failing power button or a failing power supply unit (PSU).  Either will cause the symptoms that you describe.
