Disable Hotkeys

Is there any way to disable the hotkeys/shortcuts on the keyboard? I rather they do the default F numbers than the HP actions.

Yes, I checked the bios settings, the Action Keys Mode IS NOT listed in the bios.

I just got off the phone with customer support and he couldn't help.

Can you purchase a "standard" keyboard that does not have a "FN" key, and has no support for the alternate functions of those F1-through-F12 keys?

Why would I purchase another keyboard? This is the one that came with the desktop and I'm trying to get it to work.

Do it as a quick bypass of the problem that your current keyboard is giving you.

Often, keyboards that come with a PC are low-quality. Pick a different one with better "touch-and-feel" when you press the keys.

unfortunately the only possible solutions currently are software, or hardware replacement
There is a solution, but that is to block the key, and you may break the keyboard
Unfortunately either this is not suitable or user feedback
