HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p014
Microsoft Windows 11

Probably simple question for some: Computer details said the Max Memory it could take/use is 1TB, witch I've used and Upgraded: (1TB SATA and 1TB SSD).  My Question is if I upgraded to a 2TB SSD, what would I see/experience?  Anything or Nothing?  Computer: AMD A10, upgraded to Windows 11. Additional 8GB DDR4 added totalling 16GB DDR4.  Opinions?

Hi:

Is the M.2 SSD SATA or NVMe?

I don't see that you would experience any difference other than increased storage capacity.

Hey, Just saw your reply.  I have NVME SSD as C: Drive and SATA as 😧 Drive.

I'm mostly just wondering if my computer will see the SSD's added TB's or only see 1TB even though it's 2TB.

Explanation: I was told once that because my computer was only able to max 1TB, that it could no work more than that.  I've only thought of going as high as 2TB on that Drive.

1 TB is just what HP offered in the model series, not the maximum capacity supported.

Installing a 2 TB NVMe SSD shouldn't be a problem.
