Product: Pro 6300 MT
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

installed Win10 on an older Pro 6300 MT. The system is running but have an error in the hardware manager. Missing driver at PCI-Communicationcontroller and also Seriell PCI connection

Couldnt found a driver on HP website.

Any ideas?

You need this driver which will install both devices...

 

This package contains the Intel Active Management Technology (AMT), including the Active Client Manager Host Embedded Controller Interface (HECI) device driver, and the Intel Local Management Service (LMS) and Serial-over-LAN (SOL) support for the supported desktop models and operating systems.

Problem solved!! I wouldnt never found this solution by myself!

Thank you very much.

The 6300 is an old one but runs very nice for home office!

Yes, it is a nice PC.

 

I have the older model 6200 Pro and like it too.

 

I have 16 GB of memory in it and a 2.5" SSD

Same here. 16GB memory installed and a small 250GB crucial mx500 ssd as boot and a 500GB HD for data.
