Product: Hp all in one pc

My computer is in the middle of back up and I am unable to do anything until I load a dvd. Because I cannot change the screen can someone explain how to manually open the dvd?

Hi,

There should be a small hole on the DVD drive where you can insert a "paper clip" and push to have the drive open.
