Product: HP Elite Slice

Hi,
I have 2 problems with using Elite Slice.
First problem: I bought an ASUS Proart type c monitor(PA279CV). When I plug in a type c cable to the computer, hp software gives a notification (The type c device is not charging your computer). I used another device to connect to Asus, and the notebook was charged.

Second Problem:
When the computer connects to Asus via type c, I press the power button but the system does not open.

This computer's specifications support type c PD input, Why it is not working successfully.
