EliteDesk Mini thunderbolt

There's an upgradable port on the back of the PC. Mine is the empty version.

I am keen to add a thunderbolt port, but for the life of me I cannot find one anywhere for this model, does anyone know the product code?

Also apparently there is already a USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 2 - this is compatible with thunderbolt correct? But only @ 10Gbs not Thunderbolt 3's 40Gbs?

Docs say for this port:

Optional:1 DisplayPort™ 1.2; 1 HDMI 2.0; 1 serial; 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (DisplayPort™); 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Power Delivery, DisplayPort™); 1 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 2 (with Thunderbolt™); 1 VGA

So sounds like there's no native thunderbolt expansion possible, just with USB-C. Is that correct?
