I've just received my new desktop PC and I'm looking it over to see how things fit. My PC has two PCIe slots under a hinged locking plate but I cannot work out how to remove the blanking plates unless it involves the use of force! The locking plate swings back but the blanking plates have no visible latches. Can anyone tell me the secret? Thanks in advance

It pivots (flops). See pages 14-15

Yes, I've got that far. The problem I'm having is how do you remove the blanking plates that flipping the part that pivots reveals? It reveals two plates aligned with the PCIe slots behind, which I assume you have to remove to install a card. There does not appear to be a way, other than the use of brute force, to remove them.
