Hi,

 

I am facing serious hinge issue in my laptop, it seems that the hinges can break any time. I am unable to make use of my laptop and tried all the possible options to raise a case as guided by the person in the service center. I even visited the service center and his suggestion was to raise a case by myself as there was some issue at their end. 

 

I tried calling **bleep** number to lock the case but the menu options did not have any such thing in it. I even searched on youtube about the same but due to updates on the hp website i was unable to find an option where i can lock the case.

Help is required asap also i have purchased my laptop in January 2025 and issues are already started. I am having serious problems with handling the laptop and need to get it done asap as this can be considered in warranty. I can also provide the service person with the invoice of the purchase i made. 

 

Seeking some assistance asap as I really need to get some things done and don't want to lose hopes on such a good brand.
