Omen 30L

I could use some help. My sons Omen 30L keep having an issue of the screen turning blue. We ran a diagnostic and the memory fast test test failed and it gave the failure id: 9bqf2x-agcbnj-qf8u3a-408l03. Would anyone know what this means and what I would need to buy to correct this?

Access this link: HP Customer Support - Service Center and enter your failure ID code (including the dashes) and the product number of your Omen 30L (in this format example: 18K86AA#ABA).

 

The failure description should tell you exactly what PC component requires replacement.
