Can i plug these front panel pins to this? If I can then how ?

@Funpex,

 

Yes, the front panel connectors (POWER SW, RESET SW, POWER LED -, POWER LED +, HDD LED) are to be plugged in the motherboard as per your second picture.

 

This information where to plug in these connectors is included in your manual.  If you provide the specific desktop model for me and your motherboard part number, I can find that information for you. Your motherboard uses different pin-outs, so we want to make sure to verify the correct pin-outs before connecting the cables.
