@dimlep12 -- I checked the HP warehouse: HP PartSurfer (click this link!)
The web-page reports that more than 200 HP computers use this power-supply.
But, unfortunately, the web-page shows "N/A" -- "not available" for purchase directly from HP. Sigh.
Try searching on eBay or Amazon for the part-number.

@dimlep12 , welcome to the Community.
The motherboard in your computer is HP proprietary. It has a 4-pin power connector instead of a standard 24-pin ATX power connector. You will have to buy any PSU upgrade from HP. HP has a 500W PSU (L05757-800). You will have to contact HP Customer Support to see if they can sell you one in your country. If you can get the PSU, then, you can look for a new video card. Let me know and I will make a recommendation at that time.

@dimlep12 -- in addition to what @old_geekster wrote:
This is your computer's motherboard: HP Desktop PCs - motherboard specifications, Lincs | HP® Customer Support
On that page, I see: Expansion Slots
One PCIe x16 socket
One PCIe x1 socket
One M.2 socket 1, 2230 type for WLAN
One M.2 socket 3, 2280 type for SSD
That "x16" slot is where any add-in graphics adapter will connect.
Depending on the size of computer's case, you may need a "low-profile" adapter card.
Some graphics-adapters are "double-wide" -- meaning that you need physical space adjacent to the adapter.
Any "high-end" card might require an upgrade to the power-supply, as previously mentioned.
