Good evening I am looking for the drive that in device management tells me that it is unknown: \VEN_JAN&DEV_0100 ACPI\JAN0100 *JAN0100.
Who can help me ??

Hi:
Your model is not supported by HP for W10, so see if the W7 driver that I zipped up and attached below will work on W10.
You will need to manually install the driver as follows...
Download and unzip the file I attached to its folder. Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Go to the device manager. Click on the ACPI\JAN0100 device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver.
Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and browse to the driver folder you unzipped.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked, and hopefully the driver will install.
Then restart the PC.
Here is a partial copy and paste of the driver setup information file, which shows W7 driver support for the hardware ID you posted...
