@khaledM98,

The HP 8300 series is 7 years old, July 1 - Sept 30, 2012). Originally shipped with Win 7.

The first question you must answer,  is it BIOS (pre-Sept 2012)or UEFI (Sept 2012) Boot environment by testing here.

There is no other issue more important that this !!!!  The motherboard has an HD 6350 chip, and that is BIOS, circa 2011.

BIOS and UEFI are not compatible. The GTX 1650 is a UEFI card, and also needed a 6 pin PCIE power plug. It is also a 9.7" long card.

@khaledM98,

According the the MSI GTX 1650 support page , it requires a 6 pin PCIE plug.   I sent the link.

Your motherboard is Legacy. The MSI GTX 1650 is not supposed to work with it, but then again, your GT1030 is un-named.  It might be dual support BIOS/UEFI.
