I contacted Windows because I need to calibrate my computer colors. I do photograpgy work and its not matching, would like it to match the colors on an iphone. they said we need to download the graphic drivers from the manufacturer's website. we tried and its not available. it look like the last one was from 2016. Please help or I will have to invest in a new computer.

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try the W10 graphics driver directly from nVidia...

That's just what nVidia calls it.
I have to nvidia graphics adapters on two different PC's, and rarely if ever play video games.
I just hope that driver works for the very unique adapter your PC has.
Your PC has a GPU that is part of the motherboard (GTX 960a), and I don't know if that file has the drivers for it.
If it doesn't you will get a message that states in substance that no compatible nvidia graphics adapters can be found.
