The graphics solution is part of the processor, so upgrading it is not really an option, depending on which processor your PC has.
The Core i5 processor has the Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processors.
The Core i3 has the Intel® UHD Graphics for 10th Gen Intel® Processors.
The Pentium silver has a lesser Intel® UHD Graphics 605
You can clone replace your current hard disk to a 2.5"-7mm internal SSD that is SATA3 3D NAND. You may need a 9.5mm adapter to make it fit or if you just want to make it fit you can use velcro tape to make it removeable.
