@JimTPdSign , welcome to the Community.
Here is a HP Knowledge Base article that will explain what to consider when adding or upgrading a video card. Once you read the article you will know how to choose a new card. As you can see, the first thing that you have to determine is what type of BIOS is in the motherboard. If you have UEFI it will give you many more options. If you can't determine if a card requires UEFI you can contact the manufacturer's Tech Support for help.
Here are the Product Specifications for the computer. If you look at the section titled "Graphics" there is a list of compatible cards. They are older, but you still may be able to find one of them. The best one on the list is the Nvidia GeForce GTX 745 4 GB. Most of them that I found online were OEM.
