Firstly you'll need a low-profile graphics card to fit in the small form factor case.
The next limitation is your power supply, most good graphics cards require 300w PSU's and yours has a 240W.
The safe bet is to use a low profile GeForce 1030 card, they perform well enough to play most modern games on low to medium settings and only consume 30W, I'm using one successfully in my small form factor with only a 180W PSU.
