HP AIO 24-e014
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP SA will not update latest BIOS F.52.  Manually tried to update the latest BIOS, will not allow Update radio button to be available.  Reset system twice and no joy!  OS = Windows 10-64, all device drivers are installed.  Current BIOS level is F.41.

There are four different bios, one for each motherboard SSID ROM version

Bring up HP's support assistant or run msinfo and look for the system board or baseboard and verify the SSID is 81BA

That is the only system that can be upgraded to F.52

From looking at the "fixes" from f.41 to f.52 they are all security related and have no performance or compatibility improvements.  I would not upgrade the BIOS unless you are in an environment where security is a top concern.  I assume you are running defender or other anti-virus software and are up-to-date and have a plan that provides updates.

There is always the possibility of a bios update going bad.
