Product: ENVY TE01-1134
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought the hp envy desktop and am trying to use my graphics card(Gigabyte Geforce1060) from my old computer. As far as I can tell there is no way power it with the power supply that comes with the envy. I just bought a power supply that doesn't work. What do I need to do to use my graphics card?

Very sorry for your troubles.  HP utilizes a proprietary designed PSU, as shown here.  The GTX 1060 is an 8 pin 120W card.  Only solution is either the 400w or 500W PSU based on your hardware configuration.

 

This system is feedback driven thru Solution and Kudo flags. It's the only means of knowing if you have been served. Please click Accept as Solution, if your problem is solved. To say THANK YOU, press the "thumbs up symbol" to render a KUDO. You can render both Solution and KUDO..
