Hi All,
Does anyone know how to contact support for an HP SSD EX900 M.2 250GB drive? (P/N 2YY43AA#ABC)
All I can find are dead-ends on this forum for similar questions. Somehow the HP support site has no record of the product family, the part number, the serial number, or any warranty status.
I have 2 of these, one has failed and I'd like to get it replaced. At this point, the $45 I spent on it is looking cheap compared to the hour I've been trying to find any information about this seemingly unsupported "HP" product.
Any information that anyone else has gleeened is appreciated.
Does HP actually support these?

@mister_sand I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number.
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
