Hi,

   I tried to RMA this hardware and got transferred 4 times and ended up in a dead end.  Virtual assistant doesn't recognize the serial number (!).  How do I get a warranty replacement?

Hi,

   Yes, same results as with the virtual assistant.  Website can't locate serial number but finds item.  Quite frustrating and getting nowhere.

Hi,

   Yes I do, receipt from a computer store over here in Ottawa.  Thanks for the help, just gave up on HP helpline after 1:30 hrs on hold (thank God for hands free...)

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
