- your tool to detect HP products does not detect the SSD drive 

- when I put the serial no it does not want to let me through and i can't ask for help

The website does not recognize the Serial number. 

This is catch 22!

This is insane and you are super useless and unsupportive.

I have messaged you several times on Facebook and no one ever got back to me even though it says:

 

Thank you for messaging HP. We are here to help you. To help us answer your question, please provide details such as product info and issue. We typically respond in less than 2 hours. Our business hours are 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST.
