Personally, I would go with two intake (blowing air in your case) cooling fans but adding the second (front panel) intake fan or in your side panel requires case cutting/modification, so you may not want to do that. Meaning: just go with one extra front panel intake fan.
Only a 90x90mm (92x92mm) x 25mm cooling fan would fit, such as this AliExpress purchase example I used (I happen to prefer the fixed blue LED):
The power supply is the correct one, and instead of a 3-way cooling fan splitter cable, get a 2-way splitter.
Please Note: you'll have to move/mount the HP Z2 Tower G4 Workstation's little sound speaker a little bit in order for the 9025 cooling fan (that was before I swapped it for a blue 9025 LED cooling fan) to fit on the front chassis - see purple square:

Just one 90x90 (92x92) mm x 25mm cooling fan ("9025"), to be fitted on the inside of the front-chassis, blowing air in, just like the pictures I already shared show.

A smaller cooling fan likely will not improve the airflow as well as a 9025 fan. Look, the (tiny) speaker assembly can be moved around easily: unscrew the two tiny screws which holds it in place on the front-chassis mesh and reposition it just like I showed you.

Mind you, what I think is easy is based on my personal perspective. It requires a minimum amount of DIY skills, and the right tools. Speaking of tools, the two screws that hold the speaker in place (at least on my HP Z2 G4) requires a hex key (Allen Wrench) to remove -I believe a size 3/32, but don't hold me to that.
If you are unsure how to proceed, ask the assistance of a trusted family member or friend.
So, you got one 4GB and one 16GB RAM sticks installed? Just remember that installing identical RAM (same brand, model and capacity) provides the best RAM performance.
