Hello HP Community,
I hope everyone is doing well today. I'm looking to upgrade my main computer, which is currently the Dell OptiPlex 3060 SFF to the HP EliteDesk. Mainly for more expandability and upgrade options compared to the OptiPlex. Anyway, I want to know how well does the Intel Core i5-10500 processor perform inside the SFF Chassis? I want to know the operating temperatures of this CPU because I want to make sure that my computer isn't running too hot when idle, doing tasks like video editing and playing some games if and when I want to install a graphics card in there. I heard that Intel 10th Gen CPUs run too hot and have overheating issues, that's why I'm asking for confirmation on if the CPU is fine and works well in there?
Here's the Listing for this PC on eBay:

I also need help tracking down a stand for this system so I can stand it upright on my desk. Thank you.

First of all, to be able to buy an HP EliteDesk 800 G6 SFF for under 200 quid is an outstanding deal!
Look, any stock-issued small form format (SFF) desktops are somewhat airflow restricted, and the 800 G6 SFF is no exception.
To that end, you could modify the internal air cooling by adding one or more cooling fans and/or upgrading your CPU heatsink like I did with my HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF upgrade project: Solved: Upgrading HP EliteDesk 800 G5 SFF Part II - HP Support Community - 8720291.
Unless you choose to upgrade the processor, I wouldn't worry too much about CPU (over)heating.
Let's talk about graphics cards.
The 800 G6 SFF as listed is likely fitted with a 260-watt power supply (p/n: M09033-001), which is sufficient to power a low-profile (low power) RTX 3050, such as this model: MSI RTX 3050 Low Profile 6 GB Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
If you were to upgrade your 260-watt power supply to a 500-watt unit with p/n: L77487-003, you could entertain to power a low-profile RTX 4060, such as this model: GIGABYTE RTX 4060 Low Profile OC Specs | TechPowerUp GPU Database.
You can purchase the 500-watt power supply here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/335660654662?_skw=L77487-003&itmmeta=01JQEJ8YVQNR0KKES8M0C9QBH4&hash=item....
Either way, you'll have to modify (cut into) your drives bay in order for either graphics card to fit.
DISCLAIMER: I can only recommend you doing this IF you can do this safely and responsibly:
Kind Regards,

Thank you for your reply @NonSequitur777, I really appreciate it. I feel rest assured that I don't need to worry about temperatures for the Intel Core i5-10500 Processor in that computer and that it will be possible to install a graphics card in the PC. As for the PC Stand, I can't buy the stand you linked below because I live in the UK and not the US. Sorry for the inconvenience.

You are welcome.
Please check: the stand link I provided is via an eBay-UK Seller: "SHIPS FROM INSIDE CONTINENTIAL U.S.".
