HP Envy 27s monitor

Hello,

I have a similar problem as described in this thread, but my monitor is still under warranty (I bought it 6 month ago). The monitor fell of the stand when I tried to plug in another cabel for my laptop. The screen is broken now. The stand seems to be a problem with this monitor, since I read about other people having issues with it as well. I checked whether the screen plugs in properly to the stand, but it never seemed stable. I opend a service ticket 3 days ago, but no response yet. I really liked this monitor and would appreciate some feedback.

Thanks,

BrokenScreen123

Thanks for your effort.

Just for anybody who has a similar problem: An offical contacted me and persists that the conection between the stand and the panel "is solid". This statment is founded on the fact that the IT sent him a picture and he can see it 😉 But it's fine. I just threw the monitor away. I can see that it's my fault, but the reasoning was a little ridiculous.

Have a good day
